The Bronze Tier delivers reliable IT support for small to medium businesses, offering unlimited 8×5 remote support (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM) with essential features to keep your operations running smoothly.
Core Services
- Helpdesk Support: Unlimited remote troubleshooting via phone, email, or ticketing system for covered services.
- Basic Network Management: Monitoring of core network devices (routers, switches) with essential performance alerts.
- Basic Endpoint Management: Patch management for critical OS updates and basic antivirus protection.
- Basic Cloud Services Management: User account support for one cloud platform (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
- Basic Cybersecurity: Standard firewall monitoring and basic security awareness training (1 session/year).
- Basic Backup and Recovery: Automated cloud backups for one critical system with annual testing.
Support Hours
